Refund Policy

At WePadel, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for all players and members. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

 

1. General Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Access to courts, leagues, and services is subject to availability and demand, and WePadel does not guarantee availability at specific times.

 

2. Membership Fees
  • All membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Membership benefits are available immediately upon purchase

  • No refunds will be issued for partial use, missed time, or unused benefits

Recurring Memberships (Autopay):

  • Memberships may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle

  • No refunds will be issued for charges already processed

  • It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their membership before the renewal date

WePadel reserves the right to review exceptional cases at its sole discretion.

 

3. Pay Per Play (Single Use Passes)
  • Pay Per Play purchases are non-refundable once booked or used

  • Each pass is valid for one use only and must be used within the stated validity period

  • Unused passes that expire are not eligible for refunds or extensions

 

4. Bookings & Court Reservations
  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • Refunds for cancellations may be issued only if:

    • Cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe (as specified at booking), or

    • The session is canceled by WePadel

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the booking without refund

 

5. League Participation
  • League registration fees are non-refundable once the league has started

  • No refunds will be issued for missed matches or withdrawal after registration

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Injury preventing participation (documentation may be required)

 

6. Events & Special Programs
  • Refund policies for events, tournaments, or special programs may vary and will be communicated at the time of registration

 

7. Cancellations by WePadel (Weather & Operations)

If WePadel cancels a session, booking, or event due to weather, maintenance, or operational reasons, we may offer:

  • Rescheduling of the session

  • Account credit for future use

  • Or a refund, at our discretion

 

8. Non-Transferability

Purchases, including memberships and passes, are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

 

9. Violations of Terms

No refunds will be issued if access to services is suspended or terminated due to violation of WePadel’s Terms & Conditions, rules, or code of conduct.

 

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding a payment, you agree to contact WePadel directly to resolve the issue before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

WePadel reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that is deemed fraudulent or abusive.

 

11. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and its integrated payment providers.

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process depending on your financial institution and payment provider.
