Welcome to WePadel. By accessing our website, booking services, purchasing memberships, or participating in any activities at our facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

WePadel provides:

Padel court rentals
Membership plans
League organization and participation
Coaching and training services
Events and related activities

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

3. Memberships & Payments

Memberships are billed as described at the time of purchase
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Membership fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated
WePadel reserves the right to update pricing at any time

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Court bookings and league participation are subject to availability
Cancellation policies may apply depending on the service booked
No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of access or fees

WePadel reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to weather, maintenance, or operational reasons.

5. League Participation

Participation in leagues is subject to registration and availability
Match scheduling, format, and rules are determined by WePadel
Players are expected to follow fair play and sportsmanship standards

WePadel reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct.

6. Code of Conduct

All members and guests agree to:

Respect other players, staff, and facilities
Follow club rules and guidelines
Avoid unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in padel and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury.

By using our facilities and services, you:

Acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation
Agree that WePadel, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages
Release WePadel from any claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law

8. Use of Facilities

Access to courts and facilities is limited to authorized users
Use is subject to scheduled bookings or league participation
Misuse of facilities may result in removal or suspension

9. Youth Participation

Minors must have consent from a parent or legal guardian
Parents/guardians assume responsibility for the minor’s participation

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including branding, logos, and materials, is the property of WePadel and may not be used without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

WePadel uses third-party providers including:

Wix (website and infrastructure)
Stripe (payment processing)

We are not responsible for the policies or performance of these third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WePadel shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or use
Service interruptions beyond our control

13. Changes to Terms

WePadel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Termination of Access

WePadel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for:

Non-payment
